Core Audio Services for Government Clients
Podcast Editing for Government Programs
I provide end‑to‑end podcast editing to turn raw recordings into clear, structured episodes that are easy to follow and ready for distribution. This includes removing mistakes and off‑topic sections, balancing levels between speakers, and applying noise reduction for a consistent, professional sound. The focus is on intelligibility, accuracy, and on‑time delivery rather than creative re‑writing of content.
Example use cases:
- Editing a monthly Agency Update podcast that briefs staff on new policies and initiatives.
- Cleaning up recorded interviews with subject‑matter experts for a public‑facing podcast series.
-
Turning recorded town halls or stakeholder listening sessions into streamlined audio recaps for internal portals.
Pricing is based on total raw audio submitted, up to two speakers and two audio tracks. Extensive content restructuring, more than two tracks, severe audio problems, music licensing, scriptwriting, transcription, hosting/uploading, rush delivery and additional revisions require a separate written quote.
Voice-Over/Narration for Training and Public information
I offer narration and voice over services for training modules, explainer videos, and public information messages that require clear, neutral delivery. Scripts are recorded, edited, and lightly processed so speech is easy to understand on standard government equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and conference room systems. I can match tone and pacing to existing materials or follow style guidance provided by your team.
Example use cases:
- Recording narration for an online onboarding course on agency policies or workplace safety.
- Providing voice over for short public information videos about benefits, program eligibility, or emergency preparedness.
- Voicing internal micro‑learning modules that walk staff through new software, workflows, or compliance procedures.
***Non-Broadcast Narration for Training, Education & Public Information***
$30 per finished minute; $150 minimum project fee. Includes recording from one final, approved English-Language script; basic editing and processing; one round of minor pickups for performance errors and final WAV or MP3 delivery. Script changes after recording, live-directed sessions, difficult technical terminology, rush delivery, additional revision rounds and broadcast or paid-media use, require a separate written quote.
Paid Media & Broadcast Usage
Paid advertising, broadcast, sponsored digital placement, and expanded usage are quoted separately. Rates include a recording fee plus a time-limited usage license based on media channel, distribution area and campaign duration. Usage renewals require a new written agreement.
Perpetual, nationwide, worldwide, broadcast, paid-media, all-media and exclusivity rights are quoted separately.
Audio Restoration for Archival and Field Recordings
I offer audio restoration to improve clarity on challenging recordings without changing the substance of the material. Using professional restoration tools, I reduce background noise, hum, clicks, and reverb. This is especially useful when re-using legacy content or preparing audio for transcription, analysis, or public release.
Example use cases:
- Cleaning noisy field recordings from community meetings so they can be accurately transcribed and archived.
- Restoring older training or orientation audio so it can be re-used in updated e‑learning or video content.
- Enhancing recordings from interviews, depositions, or briefings captured in challenging acoustic environments (e.g., conference rooms, remote conference call, or outdoor events).
Complex Audio Restoration - Up to 5 Labor Hours - $625
Includes assessment, restoration processing, quality control and final delivery for one agreed upon source file or defined batch. Final scope is confirmed after review of a representative sample. Work beyond five labor hours, additional files or changed requirements requires a new written quote and authorization.
